DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our courier, My Hermes, normally delivers within 2 - 3 days (including Saturdays)

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes absolutely, most of our gifts go directly to the recipient.

Do you deliver internationally?

No we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

No unfortunately not as most new mums will have left hospital before the gift arrives.

Do you offer next day delivery?

We're a small business that makes orders from scratch when they're received, therefore we don't offer next day delivery as we wouldn't be able to guarantee that the order would arrive next day and we don't want to charge you for a service you may not receive.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?

Yes absolutely, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund as long as the goods are returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging, by Royal Mail Special delivery, within 14 days of you receiving them.  We do, however, ask that you email us first to let us know that the goods are being returned.  You can find our email address on the Contact Us page 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty then please inform us as soon as possible and we will arrange collection and replacement at our own expense. 

PAYMENT

I do not have a Paypal account, can I pay for my order using my card?

You don't need a paypal account to shop with us, on the paypal page you can scroll down and checkout as a guest using your card if you wish.
